The Escondido City Employees Association was established in 1963, to represent the Classified Administrative/Engineering/Clerical and Supervisor Groups. In addition to contract negotiations, we offer representation for work-related and disciplinary matters.
Our Board of Directors consists of four Executive Board Members and five Members at Large. Any member in good standing is eligible to run for office. Our Executive Board elections are held in December of even years and our Members at Large elections are held in December of odd years. Each term is for two years.
Our Representation Team is staffed by Board Members from both A/C/E and Supervisory Groups. Our Negotiations Team is elected by the Membership prior to beginning our negotiations.
